The founder

Meet Genna.

Fresh Nest began with a simple belief: that a home should feel like the calmest place you know. After years of noticing how much lighter people felt walking into a beautifully cared-for space, Genna set out to build something gentler than an ordinary cleaning round — a service defined by trust, consistency and small, thoughtful details.

Every home receives the same considered attention: beds dressed like a boutique hotel, surfaces left immaculate, a fragrance chosen for the room. As Fresh Nest grows, every Home Care Specialist will be personally trained to deliver the same Fresh Nest Standard — so the experience never changes, whoever visits.

We quote by the home, never by the hour. Guide investment ranges help you plan, and every enquiry receives a personalised fixed quotation before any work begins. The price we quote is the price you'll pay — no hidden charges.

Not at all. We arrive with our own organised kit, labelled products and everything needed to deliver the Fresh Nest Standard. If you'd prefer we use particular products in your home, simply let us know.

One complimentary Signature Home Fragrance is included with every regular visit, applied as the final touch during the walkthrough. You can add different fragrances for different rooms from £5 per visit, so each space has its own atmosphere.

Most clients choose weekly or fortnightly care for a home that always feels its best. We also offer one-off resets, hosting preparation and move-in cleans. Your first visit is an Initial Home Reset, charged slightly higher to bring everything up to standard.

Coventry, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick and the surrounding villages. Travel within ten miles is included; anything beyond is simply quoted individually.

Cancellations with 48 hours' notice or more are free. Between 24 and 48 hours a 50% charge applies, and under 24 hours the full amount — unless there are exceptional circumstances, which we'll always treat with understanding.
